This is BJ — our fearless leader, our guide, our mentor, our steady place to land.

BJ is the heart behind Harmony Hill Ranch, a leader, mentor, and steady presence for every woman who walks through the doors. She created this space not from ease, but from lived experience, choosing to turn her own story into something that could guide others out of darkness. Her journey is woven into every part of this place, shaping how women are seen, supported, and challenged to grow.

Because of her, women find safety, support, and a path forward when they need it most. She leads with truth, compassion, and unwavering faith, reminding every woman that she is worth fighting for and never alone in the process. She sets the tone for a space that feels both strong and safe, where healing is honest and growth is expected.

At Harmony Hill Ranch, that impact shows up every day. Women are given the tools to heal, rebuild, and rediscover who they are, learning how to trust themselves and stand on solid ground again. This is where women remember who they are and learn how to live again, with clarity, strength, and purpose.

Meagan Professional.png

This is Meagan — proof that your story doesn’t end where it broke.

Meagan is part of the heart of Harmony Hill Ranch, walking alongside women not just with compassion, but with lived understanding. Her story didn’t end in addiction, it became the foundation for the woman she fought to become. She knows what it feels like to lose yourself, and what it takes to find your way back.

Today, she stands on the other side, not just surviving, but helping other women do the same. She works shoulder to shoulder with a team that shows up with purpose, guiding women through healing, emotional regulation, and rebuilding their sense of self. This is real work, the kind that helps women find their voice, their strength, and their worth again.

At Harmony Hill Ranch, Meagan is a reminder that no one is too far gone and no story is too broken to rebuild. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like you’ve lost yourself, there is still a way forward. You are worthy of healing, worthy of support, and worthy of a life that finally feels like your own.

Hailee Pro.png

This is Hailee — a woman who chose healing and built a life from it.

Hailee is part of the team at Harmony Hill Ranch, showing up each day with compassion, strength, and a deep understanding of what it takes to rebuild. Her story is not defined by addiction, but by the work she’s done to heal, grow, and become the woman she once needed herself. That lived experience shapes how she supports every person who walks through the door.

Today, she helps women rebuild their self worth, break patterns, and process the pain that has kept them stuck. From trauma work to learning healthier coping skills, she walks alongside them through every step, helping them reconnect with themselves and believe that change is actually possible. This is not surface level support, it is real, lasting transformation.

At Harmony Hill Ranch, Hailee is a reminder that you do not have to wait until everything falls apart to ask for help. Whether you feel lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected, there is a way forward and there are people ready to meet you where you are. You are not alone, and you are not too far gone to start again.

Dede Pro_edited.jpg

This is Dede — a therapist who helps women come back home to themselves.

Dede is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience, walking alongside women as they navigate addiction, trauma, and the process of rebuilding their lives. Her work is rooted in both professional expertise and personal understanding, giving her a deep respect for how hard this journey can be and how much courage it takes to keep showing up.

She brings a warm, supportive, and direct approach, creating a space where women can be fully seen without judgment. Through trauma focused care, nervous system work, and a relational approach, she helps women understand their patterns, regulate their emotions, and begin to rebuild from the inside out.

At Harmony Hill Ranch, Dede’s goal is to help women reconnect with who they truly are. To replace shame with grace, rebuild trust in themselves, and create a life that feels steady, honest, and fully their own.

Christie Professional.png

My name is Christie Steele, and this is what redemption looks like.

I didn’t start using meth to destroy my life, I started because I thought it would help me keep up, get things done, and stay in control. Over time, that illusion faded and I found myself in a place I never imagined, convinced there was no way out. But even then, God was already writing a different story for me.

Today, I have 11 months sober, and by the grace of my Higher Power, I’m walking in a completely different life. That life led me to Harmony Hill Ranch, where I now get to serve women who feel exactly like I once did. I watch them come back to life, I walk with them through healing, and I get to witness hope return in real time.

This isn’t just work for me, it’s purpose. These women are my family, and this place is part of my healing too. If you’re struggling, I need you to hear this clearly, there is a way out, and your story is not over.

Linda Pro.png

This is Linda — the steady presence behind the weekends at Harmony Hill Ranch.

Hi everyone, I’m Linda. I’m grateful to spend my weekends here at the Ranch, helping create a calm, steady space where the girls can breathe, settle in, and feel supported. Weekends move a little slower, and that gives me the chance to really connect with them, to listen, to encourage, and to watch them grow in ways that are so meaningful.

One of the parts of my weekend that I treasure most is taking the girls to church on Sunday mornings. There’s something special about watching them walk into a place filled with hope, grace, and possibility. I also get to witness the small, everyday moments of healing, learning simple rhythms like caring for animals, tending the garden, and finding peace in structure and routine. These moments help them reconnect with themselves and what matters most.

This is a rewarding place to serve, and the girls are what make it so special. I get to watch them grow into stronger, more confident women, and I’m proud to be part of their journey as they heal and rebuild their lives.

Sinthia Pro (1)_edited.jpg

This is Sinthia — a voice of lived recovery turned into purpose and support for others.

My name is Sinthia, and my professional journey is deeply rooted in personal transformation. After nearly a decade navigating addiction, I bring both lived experience and clinical understanding into the work I do today. I know the fear, the cycles, and the courage it takes to rebuild a life from the inside out, and that perspective shapes how I show up for every person I work with.

Now in long term recovery, I use that experience to meet people without judgment and with real empathy. My focus is on creating a safe, honest space where individuals feel seen, supported, and capable of change, even in their hardest moments. I believe recovery is not only possible, but something that can be sustained and truly lived.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to helping people recognize their strength and move past stigma into healing. It is an honor to walk alongside others as they begin to rebuild, rediscover themselves, and step into what recovery can look like for them.
